For over two decades, I have led growth, restructuring, and international expansion initiatives across multiple industries. As a CEO, I have not only designed strategy but executed it directly—building scalable organizations and sustainable growth models.

I operate as a system-building executive, actively structuring brand positioning, international distribution networks, and operational frameworks. I translate strategic decisions into execution, clarify organizational structures, and implement models that accelerate growth.

I have applied this approach across construction and project development, IT and fintech, defense industry projects, public digital transformation and e-government infrastructures, as well as tobacco and premium consumer goods operations. Globally, I have been directly involved in market entry and operational structuring across more than 45 countries.

In venture building, I lead initiatives end-to-end—from concept and business model design to brand architecture and global expansion. Today, I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, taking active leadership roles in growth-focused and internationally expanding organizations.
